OREPACKET · BY KAI RADIAN

OrePacket gives each lot of ore a record that can be checked.

Before, during, and after movement, OrePacket keeps the producer, source, lot, plant intake, sampling, assay, custody, reconciliation, settlement, and payment record together.

THE PROBLEM

Ore moves faster than paperwork, memory, and trust.

Producers and plants often work from paper, messages, local relationships, and scattered spreadsheets. When questions come later, the record is hard to rebuild.

WHAT IT DOES

One fictional lot shows the shape of the product.

OrePacket is not another static document. It is the structured record that accumulates evidence as ore moves through custody, plant intake, processing, reconciliation, and settlement.

Producer starts it

Identity, source, lot description, declared material, intended plant, and supporting photos.

Plant checks it

Received weight, sampling note, assay attachment, recovery note, and reconciliation status.

Settlement follows it

Deductions, payable amount, payment status, dispute note, and final approval.
